There are many circles we move back and forth in.

Due to the time we are living in we have lost a lot

 of information .

 Some people are stuck in the past, a prison we

 ourselves have made from our emotions,

 thoughts, actions.

 Hatred is one of the biggest things that keeps

us in the past here are some others:

Fear, Name calling, Jealousy, Judging, Low

self esteem,if you see any of this in yourself,

you will know you are not in your circle.

 you are stuck in the past.

 Your thoughts, emotions, and action can also put

 you in the future, where you can not move forward.

 How do you know if that has happen?

 you will become sad, you will be worried about

 things that have not happen yet. you will be angry,

 you will not be able to sleep good.

 All of these are sign post but no one is reading

  the signs.

        

 

                             Do you see your sign post?

        

 The sign post are your thoughts in your head!.

  It is a never ending turning circle.

  When you are in the past, your circle that you are

  making is going behind you to the past

  Your jail cell that you have created through

  your thoughts , emotions, and actions keeping

  you in pain, and sorrow.

 When you are in the future you live in the what if's 

 the How can's and can not move forward.

 why because there is no such thing as the future!

 we only have now.

The future it is a lie, that has been told to us for

 years

 and our mind or ( mental self ) believes it.

There are many circles we move in and out of, but

there are three circles we walk in, two will keep you

 trap going no where.

 The true circle is the now or present moment in

  my heritage it is call the red road.

 The now is very hard to stay in because we have

  all these thoughts and emotions.

 We have to have thoughts and emotions, while we

  are in our physical  bodies.

 You can walk spiritual as long as you stay aware

  with understanding and stay in the now.

 You will come to learn that you are not the thinker,

  you are the watcher.

  In our physical bodies there are thoughts and

 emotions that will keep us trap either in the past

or the future, because that is all it knows to do.

There are levels of thoughts and if it is a form

 of judgment that is the thinker and you are in the

 past stuck again.

 There is levels of emotions, but if it is a form of

 negativity, you are stuck again.

 There is levels of pain and you will learn that the

 degree of pain you receive comes from resistance

 of non acceptance of the present moment.

 The true circle.

 On the physical level to function you have to have

 your mental self and time.

 which are your emotions and thoughts.

 Do not let them take over your life.

 Be the watcher.

 The thinker will put you in the past or future.

 this is when dysfunction, pain, and sorrow will

 set in.

The thinker  goes by many names but it true name

 is  shadow.

Realize that only the present moment is all we have.

The physical body can not function and remain

in control with out time, which is past and future.

So Shadow the thinker perceives the present

moment as a threat because it is timeless.

What ever the present moment brings, if you

will accept it for what it is, work with it, not

 against it.

 You will transform your whole life.

 Make the present moment your friend and ally

 not your enemy.

 You are now on your way to learning circle medicine.

 Circle medicine is not something you can learn

  in a day it takes a lifetime
