Sha Ha Win and The New Self Love Foundation changed my whole family.
I am Nicole and this is my story.
Sha Ha Win and my mother are best friends that is how I came to know her. Six months ago my family life was in chaos. I was dealing with anxiety and stresses of family life. I was really just about to give up. I had lost hope and I felt that things couldn't get any worse then they were for my family life had literally fell apart.
Sha Ha Win helped
She taught us how to be strong and independent. She helped us have Patients! Hope! Wisdom! She taught us how to cope with the things we were going through. She taught my husband and I how to communicate to one another through understanding each other. She taught us that what you give out you will get back. <example: yelling at the kids and hollering at them makes them do the same thing.> To correct them: to be firm but in a positive loving manner. Through her teachings our lives have been totally changed. When I found out about The New Self Love Foundation I knew it would be great, she is a wonderful spiritual teacher.
Through her teachings I cannot wait to be of service to the Foundation. Because I want to help make
