When I met Sha Ha Win I felt drawn to her and I didn't know why. Through knowing her for 4 years we have become the best of friends. Through ups and downs, I helped her to believe in herself as she has helped me to believe in me. I have learned that she is a Spiritual Teacher and has played a spiritual role in my life with her teachings. She has taught me how to see the positive and negative in everything I do. One day she stated that she wanted to start a Foundation that would help everyone. That Foundation evolved into what is now called  "The New Self Love Foundation."

 

As with everyone, I have a long journey to go. And trust me if she can help me the way she has, she can help you too if you are willing to listen and learn. It makes my heart jump with JOY to see her dream become a reality and that I played a part in it.
